§ 94.09 FAILURE TO REMOVE.

Any person who fails, neglects or refuses to remove the abandoned, wrecked, junked, partially dismantled or inoperative motor vehicle or to abate such nuisance in accordance with the notice given shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and subject to prosecution in accordance with § 94.06.
