§ 93.99 PENALTIES.
   (A)   Violation of any provision of this chapter to which no other specific penalty applies shall be subject to the penalty set forth in § 10.99.
   (B)   Violation of any of the provisions of §§ 93.15 through 93.27 is a misdemeanor subject, upon conviction, to a fine not to exceed $500 or imprisonment not to exceed 30 days.
