For the purpose of this chapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
PARK. An area of land, usually in a natural state, having facilities for rest and/or recreational use or providing open space for leisure activities and customarily used by the general public for such uses and activities.
TOWN PARK. A park owned or operated by the town.
