§ 113.07 TIME, PLACE AND MANNER REGULATIONS FOR SOLICITATION.
   (A)   It shall be unlawful to canvass or solicit for commercial or charitable organizations between the hours of 9:00 p.m. and 9:00 a.m. of the following forenoon within the corporate limits of the city.
   (B)   No person shall solicit or canvass at any location where there is a conspicuous sign bearing the words: "No Trespassing," "No Peddlers or Agents," "No Advertisements," "No Solicitation," or any other similar notice except where express authorization is provided. However, it shall not be unlawful if the recipient is willing to receive the same. The term "No Solicitation" shall be deemed to include and be synonymous with "No Trespassing," "No Peddlers or Agents" and "No Advertisements" and are included in the definitional terminology hereof. Any person, business, group, organization or entity that distributes handbills in conjunction with such solicitation activities undertaken hereunder shall comply with all other pertinent provisions of the City Code of Ordinances, including, but not limited to the provisions of § 94.49 regulating the distribution of handbills.
