§ 94.32 FAILURE OF OWNER TO CLEAR LOT; NOTICE TO ABATE.
   (A)   If the City Manager finds that any nuisance described in § 94.30 has developed on any lot, tract, or parcel of land within the city or that any owner, lessee, or occupant of the land has failed to cut and clear it in accordance with the requirements of this subchapter, he shall notify the record owner of the property in writing at his last known mailing address of the specific condition constituting the nuisance on the lot, tract, or parcel of land described in the notice, or that he has failed to comply with the requirements of a particular section hereof, and demand that the owner cause the condition to be remedied within 20 days after mailing of the notice. He shall also cause a copy of the notice to be served by a police officer of the city on the occupant of the property or on any agent of the owner thereof.
   (B)   The mailing of notice shall be by registered or certified mail and the delivery of notice shall be equivalent to mailing.
