§ 92.13 JURISDICTION OF CIVIL DEFENSE DEPARTMENT.
   The Department of Civil Defense shall perform civil defense functions within the territorial limits of the city. In addition, it shall conduct such functions outside its territorial limits as may be required pursuant to the provisions of F.S. Chapter 252 and in accordance with state and county civil defense plans.
