§ 92.02 MUTUAL-AID AGREEMENTS.
   The City Commission is authorized to develop and enter into, through the State Division of Emergency Management, mutual-aid agreements with other public entities and private agencies within this state for reciprocal civil defense aid and assistance in case of disaster too great to be dealt with unassisted. Such agreements shall be consistent with the state civil defense plan and program, and in time of emergency it shall be the duty of each local organization for civil defense to render assistance in accordance with the provisions of the mutual-aid agreements to the fullest possible extent.
