(A) The City Commission hereby repeals the current career service rules and regulations in its entirety and, in accordance with the provisions of § 4.08 of the City Charter, adopts the revised regulations, to be entitled “Employees’ Handbook,” which is hereby adopted by reference and made part of this subchapter the same as if set forth in full herein, and as may be amended from time to time in accordance with the terms and conditions of § 34.26.
(B) The City Manager is hereby authorized and directed to develop applicable administrative policies regarding payment of recognition and incentive cooperation in accordance with F.S. § 166.021, as amended from time to time.
