The Employees’ Handbook may be amended from time to time based on recommendations from the city administration, the City Commission, employees, or interested citizens. The proposed amendment shall be submitted in written form and shall become effective on a majority vote of the City Commission, by resolution and in conformity with all requirements relating to the adoption of resolutions within the city.
