§ 34.03 EVALUATION OF EMPLOYEES NOT SUBJECT TO EMPLOYEES’ HANDBOOK.
   (A)   All employees of the city not currently subject to evaluation in accordance with the Employees’ Handbook rules and regulations shall be evaluated by the City Commission on a semi-annual basis. This shall include the City Manager, Finance Director, and the City Attorney. These reviews and evaluations shall be conducted during a specific City Commission meeting, conducted for the purpose of complying with this section. No other business shall be presented at that specific Commission meeting.
   (B)   The evaluation form known as Exhibit “A” and incorporated herein by reference, shall be the basis form to be utilized by the City Commission, subject to change and revision by the City Commission at any time in order to supplement the form.
