5.04.020: LICENSE; REQUIRED:
It is unlawful for any person to sell, trade, barter or dispose of "beer" or "wine", as defined in section 5.04.010 of this chapter, at retail within the corporate limits for a consideration without first having obtained a license as provided in this chapter. (Ord. 1439, 2018)
