3.12.070: ACCOUNTS; BILLING; SERVICE DISCONTINUANCE FOR DELINQUENCY:
Delinquency in the account shall be considered as delinquency in payment for each of the services rendered, and all services shall be discontinued as directed by the council. (Prior code § 1-23-7)
