3.12.060: ACCOUNTS; BILLING; PARTIAL PAYMENTS AND PREPAYMENTS:
The city clerk shall have authority to accept partial payments to apply upon the balance due in the entire account and shall have authority to accept prepayments to apply against all future billing to the account. (Prior code § 1-23-6)
