3.12.050: ACCOUNTS; BILLING; CHARGES NOT SEVERABLE:
The total monthly billing to each account shall be considered as one bill and the city clerk shall have authority to refuse payment for any one service, but any payment shall be credited to the entire account. (Prior code § 1-23-5)
