The final plat shall be drawn at such scale and contain on the front lettering of such size, including reference to dedication and affidavit of survey, as to enable the same to be placed upon a single sheet eighteen inches by twenty four inches (18" x 24") in size, with no part thereof nearer to the edge of said sheet than one inch (1"), and shall be in full accordance with provisions of the state law, chapter 13 of title 50 of the Idaho Code. The reverse of said sheet shall not be used for any portion of the drawing but may contain written matter as to dedication and other information. (Ord. 1219 § 1, 2002: prior code § 11-15-5(C)(1))
