The city council, at its next meeting following receipt of the final plat application shall consider the final plat and any proposed variations from the preliminary plat. The final plat shall be subject to all rules, requirements and regulations in effect at the approval stage of the preliminary plat. The city council may approve the final plat as presented or require changes in addition to those presented. Once approved, a recorded mylar shall be submitted to the city of Payette. (Ord. 1373, 2013)
