15.16.040: MINIMUM SPACE AND ROOMS REQUIRED:
The minimum space for each unit shall be twelve feet by twenty feet (12' x 20') and shall contain one full bath, toilet facilities, dressing compartment and sleeping room. (Prior code § 5-9-4)
