15.12.030: FIRE PROTECTION EQUIPMENT; MAINTENANCE:
Fire protective or extinguishing systems or appliances which have been installed in compliance with any permit or order, or according to any provisions of this title, shall be maintained in operative condition at all times, and it is unlawful for any owner or occupant to reduce the effectiveness of the protection so required. (Prior code § 5-10-3)
