15.12.020: FIRE PROTECTION EQUIPMENT; FIRE CHIEF OR OTHER OFFICER TO SPECIFY:
The fire chief or other officer designated by the governing body shall survey each hotel and specify suitable fire detecting devices or extinguishing appliances which shall be provided. (Prior code § 5-10-2)
