15.08.030: INSTALLATION OR ALTERATION; SKETCH AND PERMIT REQUIRED:
No plumbing within the city shall be installed, replaced, altered or changed until a sketch of the proposed work is submitted to the building inspector who shall issue a permit for the proposed plumbing; provided, that the plan thereof conforms with the plumbing code and other restrictions set forth in this chapter.
