13.10.020: PRETREATMENT PROGRAM ADMINISTRATION:
Except as otherwise provided herein, the city's wastewater treatment plant superintendent, city clerk or his designee shall administer, implement and enforce the provisions of this chapter. (Ord. 1056, 1992)
