The City Forester and/or City Administrator shall provide support staff for the activities of the Payette Community Forestry Commission as schedules allow. The City Forester and/or City Administrator are authorized to carry out the tree related responsibilities set forth in this chapter, including enforcement responsibility. In doing so, the city forester and/or city administrator are authorized to appoint or designate others to carry out his/her responsibilities. (Ord. 1355, 2012)
