Pursuant to section 50-204 of the Idaho Code, the mayor, with the consent of the council, shall appoint a city clerk, a city treasurer and a city attorney. Their duties shall be as defined by sections 50-207, 50-208 and 5-208A of the Idaho Code. Other duties may be set out in an employee manual or an employee handbook or such other document as may be adopted by the city. (Ord. 1245 § 2, 2005)
