In addition to any other standard or specification required by the city for street rights of way, all streets which are developed along section lines or quarter section lines, or any easements which are granted for future development along those lines, shall provide a minimum street right of way width of eighty feet (80'), and quarter section lines shall have a minimum right of way width of seventy feet (70').
