12.04.150: SPECIFICATION CONFORMITY GENERALLY:
All sidewalk construction, as provided by this chapter, contemplated, whether by the city or property owners, shall conform to such specifications as are prescribed by the mayor and council in conformance with the laws of the state. (Prior code § 9-1-15)
