10.08.060: APPLICABILITY TO PUBLIC EMPLOYEES AND VEHICLES:
The provisions of this title shall apply to the driver of any vehicle owned by or used in the service of the United States government, the state, the county or the municipality, and it is unlawful for any such driver to violate any of the provisions of this title except as otherwise permitted. (Prior code § 10-2-6)
