10.08.040: APPLICABILITY TO PUSHCARTS, ANIMALS AND ANIMAL DRAWN VEHICLES:
Every person propelling any pushcart, driving any animal drawn vehicles or riding an animal upon a roadway shall be subject to the provisions of this title applicable to the driver of any vehicle, except those provisions which by their own nature can have no application. (Prior code § 10-2-4)
