9.65.050: PENALTY:
Any person violating this chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be punished in accordance with the misdemeanor statutes of the state of Idaho, and shall be responsible for the city's cost of prosecution including attorney fees incurred by the city. Each day that a violation continues shall be considered a separate offense. (Ord. 1315 § 2, 2010)
