9.65.040: UNLAWFUL DISPLAY TO INCITE VIOLENCE:
It shall be unlawful for any person within the city to use, display or wear colors, emblems or insignia on or about their person in any public place, with the intent to threaten, insult, incite, challenge to fight or invite others to fight. (Ord. 1315 § 2, 2010)
