9.65.020: UNLAWFUL DISPLAY OF GANG AFFILIATION:
It shall be unlawful for any person within the city to use, display or wear colors, emblems or insignia on or about their person in any public place, with the intent of communicating membership in, support of, affiliation, association, identification with any gang. (Ord. 1315 § 2, 2010)
