All key lockboxes (also known as a "knox box") shall be recess mounted into the building/structure at a height of not less than six feet (6') above the ground (surface grade). The faceplate of the key lockbox shall be flush with the exterior facade of the structure/building on new construction. All key lockboxes shall be located as close as reasonably possible to the main entrance to the structure/building. (Ord. 1369, 2012)
