The owner or operator of a structure, gated community, or complex required to have a key lockbox shall, at all times, maintain the operation of the lockbox, and keep labeled keys in the lockbox that will allow access to the following:
A. Keys to locked points of egress, whether on the interior or exterior of such buildings;
B. Keys to locked mechanical equipment rooms;
C. Keys to locked electrical rooms;
D. Key to elevator controls;
E. Keys to any other areas as designated by the Payette fire department. (Ord. 1369, 2012)
