8.30.020: COMMERCIAL AND INDUSTRIAL STRUCTURES:
All commercial and industrial structures requiring a change of occupancy (use) inspection subject to this chapter shall have the key lockbox installed and operational prior to final inspection and occupancy. (Ord. 1369, 2012)
