6.08.109: OWNERS TO PAY COSTS:
The owner or representative of the owner of any dog which may be taken up and impounded under the provisions of this chapter, may recover possession of such dog upon payment to the City the impoundment fees, license fee, and other costs herein provided together with payment to the appropriate animal shelter, if any. (Ord. 1427, 2017)
