6.04.080: PROHIBITED ENTRANCE INTO POUND; DECLARED MISDEMEANOR:
Any person who breaks into the City pound or takes therefrom any animal that has been impounded under the provisions of this chapter, or attempts to take the same from the Chief of Police while in his possession, shall, upon conviction thereof, be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor. (Ord. 1433, 2017)
