No adult store, adult theater, adult arcade or adult entertainment establishment shall be located within three hundred (300) yards of any school, church, bar, hospital, nursing home, assisted living facility, adult or child daycare facility, liquor store or public park which is open to children. No adult store, adult theater, adult arcade or adult entertainment establishment shall be located in any area which has been zoned as A or B residential, C commercial, T trailer or as F unclassified or in any similarly designated zone if those zoning designations should be changed.
