A. It shall be unlawful for any person to operate within the city limits any adult store, adult theater, adult arcade machine business, or adult entertainment establishment, without first obtaining an appropriately classified license as set forth in section 5.36.050 of this chapter.
B. No beer, wine or liquor license shall be issued to any "adult theater", "adult store", adult arcade business or "adult entertainment establishment" business as defined in section 5.36.030 of this chapter.
C. No adult theater, adult store, adult arcade business or adult entertainment establishment license shall be issued to a beer, wine or liquor licensee. (Ord. 1207 § 1, 2001)
