2.79.090: COMPLIANCE WITH CITY CODE AND STATE LAW REQUIRED:
The economic development committee shall comply with the Payette city code and state law in performing its functions including but not limited the Idaho Open Meeting Law, Public Records Act and Ethics in Government law.
