(B) Any person, firm or corporation violating § 97.021 shall be fined not less than $5 nor more than $750 for each offense, and a separate offense shall be deemed committed for each and every day during which a violation continues or exists.

(C) Any person, firm or corporation violating of the provisions of §§ 97.050 et seq. shall be fined not less than $25 nor more than $750 for each offense; a separate offense shall be deemed committed on each day during or on which a violation occurs or continues.
(D) Any person, business entity, or association of persons violating the provisions of § 97.092 shall be fined not less than $50 nor more than $750 for each violation, and each day such violation shall continue shall be deemed a separate offense.
