For the purpose of this subchapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
BUSINESS DISTRICT. Public sidewalks and curbs within the following area of the City of Paxton, Ford County, Illinois:
(1) Market Street from Orleans Street to Holmes Street;
(2) Center Street from the alley between Market Street and Railroad Avenue to the alley between Market Street and Taft Street;
(3) Pells Street between the alley between Market Street and Railroad Avenue to Taft Street;
(4) State Street from the alley between Market Street and Railroad Avenue to Taft Street.
RESIDENTIAL DISTRICT. All other public sidewalks and curbs within the city not lying within the above-described Business District.
