§ 73.40 DAMAGING CITY PROPERTY.
   No person shall operate a skateboard, skates or toy vehicle on or against any city-owned table, bench, structure, tennis court, parking stop, retaining wall, fountain, statute or other improvement which may suffer damage by such use.
