(A) No person shall operate a motorcycle, motor driven cycle, or moped on one wheel.
(B) Aggravated operating a motorcycle, motor driven cycle, or moped on one wheel. A person commits aggravated operating a motorcycle, motor driven cycle, or moped on one wheel when he or she violates division (A) while committing a violation of § 71.010(B). A violation of this division is a petty offense with a minimum fine of $100, except a second conviction of a violation of this division is a Class B misdemeanor and a third or subsequent conviction of a violation of this division is a Class A misdemeanor.
