§ 73.21 SPECIAL EQUIPMENT FOR PERSONS RIDING MOTORCYCLES, MOTOR DRIVEN CYCLES AND MOPEDS.
   The operator of a motorcycle, motor driven cycle or moped and every passenger thereon shall be protected by glasses, goggles, or a transparent shield. This equipment shall meet the requirements based upon those set forth in Vehicle Equipment Safety Commission Regulation VESC-8, “Minimum Requirements for Motorcyclists' Eye Protection.”
