§ 71.999 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating § 71.107 shall be subject, for each violation, to a fine as provided in § 70.99.
   (B)   Whoever violates any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is otherwise provided shall be fined as set forth in § 70.99.
   (C)   Every person convicted of § 71.042(E) shall be guilty of a Class A misdemeanor if the violation does not result in great bodily harm or permanent disability or disfigurement to another. If the violation results in great bodily harm or permanent disability or disfigurement to another, the person shall be guilty of a Class 3 felony.
