§ 33.25 RIGHT TO ASSISTANCE.
   Any employee covered by §§ 33.20 through 33.26 may, at his or her own expense, retain a representative of his or her choosing to represent or assist any such employee in processing any grievance under §§ 33.20 through 33.26.
