§ 93.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter, for which no other penalty is provided, shall be subject to the penalty provisions of § 10.99.
   (B)   Anyone violating § 93.01 shall be subject to the following:
      (1)   First offense: $100 fine;
      (2)   Second offense: $250 fine;
      (3)   Third offense: $500 fine; and
      (4)   Each subsequent offense: $500 fine.
   (C)   The penalty for violating § 93.15 shall be as follows:
      (1)   First offense shall be considered a minor misdemeanor with the fine not to exceed $100; and
      (2)   Second offense shall be considered a misdemeanor of the fourth degree with the fine not to exceed $250 and jail sentence not to exceed 30 days.
   (D)   (1)   Whoever violates any provision of §§ 93.30 through 93.32 shall be fined not less than $125 nor more than $150. For a second violation, after having been previously been found to be in violation of §§ 93.30 through 93.32, whoever violates any provision of §§ 93.30 through 93.32 shall be fined a minimum of $150, and a maximum of $250.
      (2)   If the violation cited in division (D)(1) above continues unabated, each successive day in violation shall accrue a $25 fine per day until the person, firm or corporation rectifies the condition forming the basis for said violation. Any such violation shall constitute a separate offense.
