§ 93.32 ENFORCEMENT.
   (A)   Any person, firm or corporation whose inoperable motor vehicle or junk motor vehicle which is found to be stored, parked or otherwise present in or on a street, roadway, alley right-of-way, roadside parking or in a street or roadway right-of-way within the village is subject to immediate towing of the offending vehicle at the owner’s expense, in addition to the other penalties described herein.
   (B)   Any person, firm or corporation violating any other provision of this subchapter shall, within three days after notification of said violation by the Mayor, village law enforcement or any other duly authorized representative of the village, remove or cause to be removed, any junk or junk cars or have the same placed in an enclosed garage or accessory building, and in the event of failure to do so, he, she or they shall be deemed to be in violation of the provision of this subchapter.
