§ 155.092 FINAL PLAT APPROVAL BY COUNTY BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS.
   (A)   The final plat and the recommendations of the Subdivision Administrator or the Planning Board, whichever is the case, shall be reviewed by the County Board of Commissioners. The Commissioners shall approve or disapprove the final plat.
   (B)   Upon approval of the final plat, the subdivider shall have authorization to file the plat with the Register of Deeds. Approval shall be null and void for any plat not recorded within 90 days.
   (C)   If the County Board of Commissioners should disapprove the final plat, the reasons for such action shall be noted and recommendations made on the basis of which the proposed subdivision would be approved.
   (D)   The action of the County Board of Commissioners shall be noted on two copies of the final plat. One copy shall be returned to the subdivider, one copy shall be retained for the permanent file of the Board of Commissioners in the County Planning Department.
   (E)   No final plat shall be approved until all improvements are installed or meet the requirements set forth in §§ 155.093 and 155.094, all required fees have been paid and the certificates required by this chapter to appear on the final plat have been properly filled out and signed.
