§ 155.094 PREPARATION OF FINAL PLAT AND INSTALLATION OF IMPROVEMENTS.
   Upon approval of the preliminary plat by the County Board of Commissioners, the subdivider may proceed with the preparation or the arrangement for the required improvements in accordance with the approved preliminary plat and the requirements of this chapter. Prior to approval of a final plat, the subdivider shall have installed the improvements specified in this chapter or guaranteed the installation as provided herein. No final plat will be accepted for review by the County Board of Commissioners unless accompanied by written notice by the Subdivision Administrator acknowledging compliance with the improvement and guarantee standards of this chapter. Should the final plat require review by the Planning Board due to discrepancies in the preliminary plat, the Subdivision Administrator shall transmit the final plat together with the Planning Board’s recommendations to the County Board of Commissioners for final action. The final plat shall constitute only that portion of the preliminary plat which the subdivider proposes to record and develop at that time; such portion shall conform to all requirements of this chapter.
