§ 130.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99.
   (B)   (1)   Any person who violates any provision of § 130.01 shall be deemed guilty of a Class 3 misdemeanor as provided by G.S. § 14-4, punishable by imprisonment not to exceed 30 days or by fine not less than $75 and not more than $500, or both fined and imprisonment. Each day of a continuing violation shall constitute a separate violation.
      (2)   In addition, enforcement of this section may be by appropriate equitable remedy, injunction or other of abatement issuing from a court of competent jurisdiction pursuant to G.S. § 153A-123.
   (C)   Any violation of § 130.02 is a misdemeanor as provided by G.S. §14-4, punishable by a fine of not more than $50 or imprisonment for not more than 30 days, or both fined and imprisonment. For a continuing offense, each day's violation is a separate offense.
   (D)   Any violation of § 130.03 is a misdemeanor as provided by G.S. §14-4, punishable by a fine of not more than $50 or imprisonment for not more than 30 days, or both fined and imprisonment. For a continuing offense, each day's violation is a separate offense.
